Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of endoscopes for the University Clinical Hospital Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements are included in the description of the subject of the contract - a list of required parameters (Annex 1 to SWZ)and in the price and offer form (Annex 2 to SWZ), which is an integral part of SWZ.
3. The scope of the order includes the delivery of a set of endoscopes in quantity (1kPL):
- colonoscope- 1 pc,
- duodenoscope- 1 pc.,
- gastroscope- 1 pcs.,
- ultrasound gastroscope- 2 pcs, described inAnnexes No. 1 and 2 to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority does not allow submitting offers.
5. The contracting authority does not divide the order into parts. Thus, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers referred to in art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement LawOrders is to buy a set of endoscopes, which consists of the following devices: a colonoscope, a duodenoscope, a gastroscope and ultrasound gastroscopes. The contracting authority did not divide the order into parts for technical, organizational and economic reasons. The supplied endoscopes mustBe fully compatible with the equipment in the hospital of the central endoscopic workshop - washes and wardrobes - therefore they cannot come from different manufacturers.
