Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to provide a set of lower radiological shields to the Magnus 1180 table in accordance with the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, a summary of the required functions and technical parameters constituting Annex 3 to SWZ and in accordance with Annex 4 to SWZ 2.W the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) delivering the goods to the headquarters of the Ordering Party - Regional Specialist Hospital dr. Wł. Biegański, ul. Rydygiera 15/17, 86-300 Grudziądz-department of equipment and medical equipment as well as its unloading, bringing in place and to the room indicated by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party, 2) delivery and issue of the Ordering Party together with the goods of the originals of the necessary documents regarding a given goods (in the case of documentation drawn up in a foreign language along with a translation into Polish), in particular the operating instructions, warranty documents issued by the manufacturer of the goods, 3) assembly of the supplied set of radiological shields to the Magnus 1180 treatment table on the operating room indicated by the contracting authority, 4) guarantee granting and warranty with ...
