Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a set of materials and accessories for cataract surgery using the phacoemulsification method (hereinafter referred to as the goods) in the type and quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.
1, hereinafter referred to as the "commission commission". Under the conditions specified in this contract, the Contractor undertakes deliver the goods to the Ordering Party in the form of a commission supplement and transfer the ownership of the goods to the Ordering Party at the moment of collecting them from the commission shop by the Ordering Party, and the Ordering Party undertakes to collect the goods and pay the agreed price for the goods collected from the commission shop. - applies to items with commission - items number 6b, 7b, 8b, 9b.
3. If there is no demand for the assortment covered by the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to order the parts the assortment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, subject to section 3. The contractor is not entitled to any claims for damages in this respect years claims based on another legal basis, to which the Contractor consents.
4. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum value of orders awarded to the Contractor during the term of the contract for a given task will be 50% of the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration for this task, specified in formula...
