Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the supply of a SET OF SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRODUCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF 3D BIO-PRINTING.
3.2. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order has been divided into 4 parts.
3.2.1.Part No. 1 3D bioprinter with equipment
3.2.2.Part No. 2 Laminar chamber with equipment
3.2.3.Part No. 3 - Atomic force microscope (AFM) with equipment
3.2.4.Part No. 4 - Dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA) with equipment.
3.3.The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Therefore, the contractor may submit an offer for one, two or more parts of the subject of the contract.
3.4.Opis of the required parameters of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Assortment and price sheet). The contractor may propose products with better technical, quality and functional parameters than those specified by the Ordering Party.
3.5. Submitting an offer for the devicee not meeting all parameters or having parameters worse than those specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.
3.6. Delivery should be understood as delivery of original, brand new, unused equipment to the Ordering Party's premises, assembly, installation, commissioning, user training, positive acceptance of the launched device. The cost of transport and insurance is borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to attach all operating instructions and service manual (if any) to the delivered equipment.
