Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of fortification expansion sets (task No. 1-2).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the order documents - Annex 3 to SWZ - technical and technical requirements.
3. Information on the amount of individual subject of the contract Specified in Annex 1 to SWZ - Printing Offer/Price form.
4. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in SWZ and its attachments.
5. The terms of the contract were specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter PPU).
6. The contracting authority provides Possibility to exercise the right of options. The terms of the order processing under the options' right are specified in the order documents, i.e. in Annex 2 - the provisions of the contract are planned.
7. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
8. The Ordering Party does not require any proper security performance of the contract.
