Description:
THE EQUIPMENT OF THE PUMPING STATION INCLUDES:1. Pumps 2 pcs. Minimum pump parameters: power 15.0 kW, efficiency 49.00 l/s, lifting height h = 18.0 m, steel pipes DN200 / PE 200 intended for pumping raw sanitary sewage, for use in a sewage pumping station with free passage through the sewer solid-state rotor, 80 mm in size, with a temperature limiter in three phases, motor stator windings and a moisture switch. The motor is sealed on the side of the pump unit with a double mechanical seal in the oil chamber. Pumps are equipped with a neoprene-sheathed cable with a minimum length of 10 m. Operating conditions of pumps for raw sewage: - density of sewage up to 1100kg/m - temperature of the pumped medium up to 40C - maximum flow rate up to 20/h2. Tank with a diameter of min. 2.0 m, 5.5 m high, made of B45 reinforced concrete rings with anti-corrosion protection of the internal surface of the pumping station tank with a membrane polyurea 3. Power and control switchgear of a two-pump system based on the GSM/GPRS4 telemetry module. Expansion of the existing monitoring and visualization system.
