1. The subject of the contract is the delivery:
1) Shaver with incubation and cooling with the possibility bumbered (1 piece) and
2) low -temperature box freezer (1 piece),
hereinafter referred to as the "equipment" for the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. Code of the classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 38436000-0 (Shaver I accessories); 39711120-6 (freezers).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
4. Equipment Deliveries: Inter -university Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk Medical University, ul. Footbridge 24, 80-822 Gdańsk, Research and WDOIM LABORATORY Department of Plant Protection and Biotechnology.
5. The applicant informs that the purchase will be financed from NCN projects:
1) "Does the microbiome of arable soil affect the development of black leg diseases and wet rot caused by pectin -political bacteria of the genus dickeya and Pectobacterium? Agreement: Preludium-21, UMO-2022/45/N/NZ9/01923;
2) "developing new production processes and sterilization of functional plant drinks using cold atmospheric plasma technology"; OPUS-23, UMO-2022/45/B/ST8/02410.
6. The resource requires a guarantee for equipment for the period at least 12 months, with the contractor to offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the entries of Chapter XVI SWZ. The warranty period is one of the criteria for the evaluation of offers.
