Description:
1) The subject of the order to be performed by the Contractor selected in this procedure is the supply of shelter equipment: blankets and blankets (200 pieces each) (also called: products in the order documents), in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements specified in the order documents, i.e. between other things, in the contract template and in the description of the subject of the order, on the terms and conditions specified by the Ordering Party.2) The Contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the order.3) The purchase of blankets and blankets constituting the shelter equipment is carried out as part of the tasks in the field of Civil Protection and Civil Defense. The task is subject to co-financing from a special-purpose subsidy from the Maopolska Voivodeship Office.4) A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order along with the requirements of the Ordering Party, conditions of order execution, receipt and settlement, guarantee and warranty conditions are specified in the attached to the SWZ: a) description of the subject order (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ), b) template of the contract regarding this public procurement. 5) Documents published by the Ordering Party in connection with the proceedings in question constitute the whole and are the basis for determining the offer price by the contractors and dl...
