1. The object of this order is the delivery of a shield system for the production of metal isotopestransitional in the form of a liquid, set of apparatus for high -efficiency liquid chromatography, semi -automatic cryostat with a built -in microtom for the National Oncology Institute of Maria Skłodowska-Curie-National Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Employer.
2. DescriptionThe subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are included in the:
- technical parameters, price specification- Annex 2.1-2.3 to SWZ,
- Designed provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract- Annex No. 4.1-4.3 to SWZ,
3. Offers not containing fullthe scope of the subject of the order will be rejected.
4. The Employer allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - the equivalence description was included in Chapter IV SWZ.
5. The contracting authority does not provide for an electronic auction and supplementary orders.
6. Information on joint applyingContractors for the award of the contract were included in Chapter IX SWZ.
7. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of amending the provisions of the concluded contract (so -called contract changes based on Article 455 (1) point 1 of the Act) in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the contractor was selected, in accordance with the termscontained in Annex 4.1-4.3 to SWZ. Amendment to the contract may also take place in the cases referred to in art. 455 para. 1 points 2-4 and para. 2 of the PZP Act.
