- The subject of the order is the delivery: 900 pairs of shoes with an insulation membrane - as part of the basic order and up to 850 pairs of shoes with an insulation membrane - as part of the order covered by the law. Subject of the order (base and option) should be new and come from current productionand be consistent with the requirements specified in the technical specification, which is an attachment to SWZ. The subject of the optional order will be identical to the subject covered by the basic order.
In accordance with art. 61 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law in these proceedingsThe balance between the Ordering Party and the Contractors will be held using electronic means of communication, via the Marketplanet purchasing platform - at: https: //kgsg.ezamawyjacy.pllaci - as part of the basic order and up to 850 pairs of shoes with insulation membrane - as part of the order covered by the right options. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ. The subject of the contract provided as part of the contract must be new and must PErseres of current production. Items made under the right of the option must be identical to the subject provided under the basic contract.
