- 1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of the SI Assistant system (VoiceBot) for Central e-Registration.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
The order includes:
1.1. as part of the basic order:
-purchase of an SI Assistant System supporting Central e-Registration, including delivery of the System and its implementation;
- provision of Development Services by the Contractor up to 200 Man-hours,
- provision of Warranty and Maintenance Services by the Contractor for a period of 60 months from the date of receipt of the System Implementation by the Ordering Party,
-provision of Telecommunications Services for system,
1.2. as part of an optional order:
- provision of Additional Development Services by the Contractor in the amount of up to 1,600 man-hours;
- provision of Additional Telecommunications Service by the Contractor.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Orders.
3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract.
