• Description:
• The subject of the order is the delivery of a simulator for ultrasound training along with modules in 1 piece and conducting position instruction from its operation. The delivery includes:
  1) the contractor provides a simulator at its own expense and risk, as well as lodging in the place indicated byOrdering Party;
  2) conducting instructions on the simulator use and its belonging, at the headquarters of the Ordering Party for a group of employees (up to 3 people) in a dimension not less than 5 hours of position instruction, including at least 2 hours of functional issues and at least 3 hours withSimulator configuration;
  3) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the delivery, the Employer shall make a qualitative, quantitative and final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The delivery and acceptance report will be prepared from the delivery of delivery, which will be signed by the partiescontracts, i.e. persons authorized to this activity. The acceptance report confirms that the subject of the contract delivered to the contracting authority is in line with the contract.
  4) together with the equipment, the Contractor will provide the Employer with all related documents (all in Polish or with translations into Polish), inin particular:
  a) instructions;
  b) appropriate safety certificates (if such equipment has);
  c) technical passport of the equipment (if the equipment has such);
  d) catalog cards of the offered equipment or other documentary of the manufacturer or authorized manufacturer's representative, confirming complianceGenes ...
