III. Description of the subject of the order:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: "Purchase of equipment for rescue operations"
as part of the national "Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026" adopted by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) in the scope protection
population and civil defense, resulting from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907)."
2.W As part of the subject of this order, the Contractor is obliged to:
31-530 Krakow, ul. Saint Lazarus 14 factory
unused, not being demonstration devices, Delivery of simulators and trainers (proceeding divided into 6 parts), training products manufactured no earlier than 2025.
3. Detailed technical requirements are described in the annexes for each from the Offer Forms section, page 2:
4. Upon acceptance, the Contractor will train the Ordering Party's employees in the operation, operation and maintenance of the Simulators and the equipment installed therein.
