Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of simulators for animal reproduction and insemination for the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. St. Staszica in Swaroyn, with technical parameters specified in Annexes No. 4a to the SWZ, together with the training of the Ordering Party's employees.2. Item the order includes the following parts: Part 1 - supply of an animal reproduction simulator - with technical parameters specified in Annex 4a to the SWZ;3. The subject of the order must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex No. 4a to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the boundary conditions specified in Annexes 4a to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.4. The subject of the order will be delivered together with the equipment necessary for its proper functioning.5. The subject of the order will be delivered to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in Swaroyn, at ul. Szkolna 2 - at the Contractor's expense.6. Performer will deliver, install and launch the item within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.7. The Contractor will train the Employer's employees (6 people) in the basics of equipment operation.8. The contractor will be obliged to guarantee that the equipment delivered is factory...
