Description:
1. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Product and price form. It is required to meet all the conditions specified in the assortment and price form. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order have been specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 5a and 5b to the SWZ. 2. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 3.
