Description:
1. The subject of the order is: SUPPLY OF SINGLE-USE EQUIPMENT, ACCESSORIES, GRAVITY KITS FOR THE SUPPLY OF CYTOSTATICS AND SIDELINES.
2. The description of the subject of the order was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Other conditions regarding reexecution of the order were specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes contract templates.
