Description:
The subject of the order is divided into five partial orders (packages).
As part of the subject of the order, the contractor will provide:
- successive delivery of the assortment;
- for package no. 2 - the Contractor will additionally lease one PFA console and an electroanatomical system to the Ordering Party for the entire duration of the contract. heart mapping;
- for package no. 5 - the Contractor will additionally lease one console enabling FFR and OCT to the Ordering Party for the entire duration of the contract.
Package No. 1
As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will ensure the successive delivery of the assortment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Form price: Multi-arm diagnostic electrodes for plane mapping for the Carto3 electro-anatomical system - 30 pcs.; Electrodes for mapping the sinus with the recognition function of the Carto electro-anatomical system 3 - 5 pcs.; Cooled ablation electrodes for the electro-anatomical system Carto3 - 50 pcs; Classic electrodes for the Carto3 electro-anatomical system - 10 pcs; Cooled ablation electrodes for ablation treatment - 50 pcs.
