- 3 Deliveries were specified in Annex 2.1 (price form) and in Annex 4 (contract template) to SWZ.
2. The parts offered must:
- strictly correspond the requirements specified in Annex 2.1 to SWZ,
- be original, factory -new, free from defects, meet the relevant quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish standards transferring European standards, as well as not burdened with the rights of third parties,
- meet the requirements specified in the formula contracts.
