Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of small laboratory equipment -3 (hereinafter also called "the subject of the order").
2. The order of the contract includes 3 tasks (partial offers), including:
Task No. 1 - small laboratory equipment according to the Bionovo or equivalent catalog
Task No. 2 -Dobric equipment laboratory according to the Genoplast or equivalent catalog

3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1a to the offer form - the price form/description of the subject of the contract (also called OPZ).
4. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to submit, together with the offer of the subjective means - the details described in Chapter V point 9 SWZ.
5. The Contractor is obliged to attach to the date of the current declaration of not subjecting to exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation. in the procedure in the form of a uniform European order document (EAT) according to Annex 2 to SWZ
6. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): information on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data Specified chapter XXIII SWZ
7. The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 3 to SWZ
