Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of small laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Chemistry.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers (3), hereinafter referred to as Packages in the SWZ. The offer can be submitted for one, two or all Packages.
Package 1: Delivery of magnetic stirrers with heating -6 pcs
Package 2: Delivery of an analytical balance
Package 3: Delivery of a precision balance
Therefore, each Package (3) specified in the SWZ should be treated as a separate subject of the order (separate orders), all provisions included in the SWZ regarding the offer should be understood as offersy partial. The Ordering Party does not impose any restrictions on the number of contract packages for which a contractor may submit an offer or the maximum number of packages for which a contract may be awarded to the same contractor.
