Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of small medical equipment - 6 tasks.
2. The option - yes - the contracting authority provides for the possibility of using the option. The type and maximum value of the option and the circumstances of using the option are described in Annex 1 and Annexes from No. 3/1 to 3/6 to thisSwz.
3. Requirements for the subject of the contract and implementation conditions include attachments to SWZ:

Annexes 3/1, 3/2, 3/3, 3/4, 3/5 and 3/6 - price calculation - description of the subject of the contract
task 1 - electrode, electrode cable, handleselectrodes (basic order +option)
requirements for the subject of the contract and implementation conditions contain attachments to SWZ, in particular Annex 1, No. 2 and No. 3/1.
Task 2 - tips to the heads, drains, filters (basic order +option)
