Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the selection of a Contractor - an intermediary in providing SNOW Software license management software or equivalent to the Entities, along with granting a license for this software, along with technical support and the provision of services consulting support for the Contractor in the scope of the Manufacturer's software provided.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of implementing the SAM System in various locations, configurations and different delivery times during the term of the Framework Agreement, in accordance with the Order Applications submitted by the Entities, therefore, all provided software licenses must be transferable, i.e. allow at least the connection, division or expansion of the SAM System and any assignment of licenses between the Units or within the Units (e.g. in the case of purchasing further licenses).
2. Purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the rules and conditions regarding orders (implemented on the basis of executive agreements) that may be awarded during the period of validity of the framework agreement indicated in Chapter IV SWZ.
3. The framework agreement specifies all conditions regarding the implementation of deliveries or provision of services, therefore orders will be awarded to the Contractor with whom the Framework Agreement will be concluded, without conducting a public procurement procedure, pursuant to Art. 313 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the principles described in point 3.1. SWZ.
