Description:
The subject of the contract is to deliver social insurance benefits granted by the Social Insurance Institution.legal persons conducting activities in the scope of service of benefits:
• in the form of postal messages referred to in the Act of 23 November 2012 - postal law;
or
• in the form of cash messages referred to in art. 3 para. 3 of the Act of 19 August 2011 on payment services,provided that the provision (payment) of the benefit to the authorized persons consists in delivery of the benefit to the address indicated by the Plant.
the minimum amount of messages that will be entrusted to the Contractor for implementation under the contract is 40,000,000 pieces (in words: forty million)
witha reservation that in the event of changes in universal law in a manner affecting the implementation of the subject of the contract, including the minimum number of messages, the above number of messages may be reduced. In this case, the subject of the contract may be implemented to a lesser extent resulting from the changelegal provisions or the contracting authority may terminate the contract on the conditions specified in § 5 para. 1 of the relevant provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
