Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery (purchase) of sodium chlorin in an amount of 12 tons (hereinafter as a "product") intended for the production of chlorine dioxide - disinfectant used for water intended for human consumption, transporting the contractor in packages in packages with a capacity of 1,000 l.
2.Deliveries: Będzin Water Treatment Station (42-500) ul. Siemońska 45.
3. Departing description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) contains Annex 5 to SWZ.
5. Mortic evidence:
5.1. In order to demonstrate that the offered product isconsistent with the requirements set out in para. 1 of Annex 5 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ), the contracting authority requests that the Contractor to submit the following evidence together with the offer:
1) the current hygiene certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - State PlantHygiene, allowing the product to be used in water intended for human consumption,
2) the technical specification of the offered product.
Note: The technical specification should confirm the compliance with all the requirements set out in paragraph 1 of the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 5 to SWZ,The contracting authority requires that the technical specification includes specific numerical values as to each of the parameters from the indicated in para. 1 description of the subject of the contract.
