- The subject of the order is the supply of non-alcoholic drinks in the expected quantities, divided into 3 parts (tasks):
Task No. 1 Delivery of non-alcoholic drinks (GZ Siedlce)
Task No. 2 Delivery of non-alcoholic drinks (GZ Warszawa-WesoΕa)
Task No. 3 Delivery of non-alcoholic drinks (Hoofs)
Requirements, quantities and a detailed description of the subject of the order are detailed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog.
The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the subject matter proceedings.
441 of the Public Procurement Law. The exercise of the option right, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, will consist in increasing the subject of the order in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, up to a maximum of 200% of the basic order.
2. Order specified in the optional order will be implemented by the Contractor with whom the contract for the basic order was concluded, on the terms and at unit prices specified in the basic order.
3. The Ordering Party will notify the Contractor to what extent he will be obliged to perform the specified order in an optional order. The optional part will be implemented on the basis of the Ordering Party's declaration of will expressed in the form of a written order.
