Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of software listed in Annex No. 1 to the Agreement or Annex No. 2 to the Agreement for software equivalent to the e-mail environment owned by the Ordering Party, together with hosting in the scope described in Annex No. 3 and implementation in the infrastructurethe Ordering Party's structure to the extent described in Annex No. 4 to the Agreement and providing technical and post-implementation documentation in accordance with the principles specified in the Agreement and Annex No. 2 to the Agreement (in the case of equivalent software).
Description of equivalence conditions for Exchange Server Ent softwareerprise Edition 2019 and Exchange Server Standard 2019 User CAL is included in Annex No. 2 to the Agreement.
2. The terms and conditions of the order are included in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement and constitute Annex No. 8 to the Specification of Order Terms.
