• Description:
• The Software in question is an IT program or a package of interoperable IT programs used to handle electronic documentation of medicinal products and veterinary medicinal products, which are provided to the ordering party in formats eCTD, NeeS, VNeeS. Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, regarding business secrets covered by the content of documentation for medicinal products, it is stipulated that when executing the order, the contractor may entrust the subcontractor only to carry out training for the ordering party's employees. Subcontractors cannot be entrusted with granting a license for the Software or installing or servicing it for the ordering party during the entire order (agreement) period. The above is detailed in the Annex No. 3 to SWZ - DRAFT PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, which contain indications specific to products or services, i.e. trademarks, patents or origin/source.
