Description:
1. The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted as an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law Act
2. The procedure is conducted in the language Polish.
3. Information obligation resulting from Art13 sec. 1 and 2 of the GDPR (EU) were met on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab. The Ordering Party presents the information clause resulting from the provisions of the GDPR in the contractor category - the content of the information clause is available on the website of PGG S.A.
4. The subject of the contract is suppliesa spare parts and accessories for methane monitoring units for PGG S.A. Branches A detailed description is contained in SWZ.
5. In order to confirm that the offered service complies with the requirements of the Ordering Party, it is required to submit the relevant evidence together with the offer.
