2. The subject of the order was divided into tasks. The type and number of tasks is specified in detail in the formOffer, which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the legal requirements and technical and utility parameters are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The quantitative scope of the subject of the contract is the estimated scope determined by the Employer with due diligence.The contracting authority, despite being due diligence, due to the nature of the business, does not ensure the implementation of the contract in full.
4. In order to confirm that the benefit offered is in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, it is required to submit along with the offer in questionevidence.
5. The Employer does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
6. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the number of goods ordered as part of individual assortment items and placing orders according to real needs, with the proviso that total valuedeliveries will not exceed the value of the contract.
