Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of spare parts to diving equipment in accordance with the requirements set out in SWZ and in the quantities and assortment presented in the table III SWZ, with the proviso that the quantities included in the option in tables regarding task 2, 3 and 4 in the column "Quantity in Options "can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the" basic quantity "column in the event of the needs of the Ordering Party in this respect. The Employer will inform the Contractor (in writing or E - email or fax) about the intention to exercise the right of the options, together with the amount of the ordered subject of the contract and the place of its delivery, within the time limit specified in the "planned provisions of the contract" constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
