Description:
3III "Description of the subject of the contract" para. 1 swz. The quantities included in the option, in the "Quantity in options" column can be used after the implementation of the basic quantity included in the "basic quantity" column in the event of the needs of the Employer in this respect.
About the intention to exercise the right of options with the administrationThe quantity of the ordered subject of the contract, the contracting authority will inform the Contractor (in writing or E - email or fax) within the time limit specified in the "planned provisions of the contract" constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
2. The products provided by the Contractor should be in line in terms of catalog numberslisted in the tables contained in Chapter III "Description of the subject of the contract" para. 1 SWZ with a quantitative list of the assortment for individual tasks.
3. It is allowed to submit an equivalent offer, i.e. to offer spare parts with other catalog numbers provided the part of the partreplacement in terms of technical, operational and assembly parameters. In this case, the product offered by the Contractor must fully replace the original product, desired by the Employer, to be at least at the level of parameters of the indicated product or better, i.e.right ...
