Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new spare parts for official vehicles for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin and its subordinate units, compliant with all applicable safety standards, of good (guaranteed) quality.
2. Scope of the order and details the description of the subject of the order was specified in the Price Forms constituting attachments No. 1.1 to No. 1.10 to the SWZ, in the contract template and
in other annexes to the SWZ.
3. The parts should be brand new and complete, and:
1) original, i.e. of the same quality as the components used for assembly motor vehicle, manufactured in accordance with the specifications and production standards established by the manufacturer of these vehicles for the production of components or spare parts of a given motor vehicle, including spare parts produced on the same production line as the components of a given vehicle automotive - marked in appendices 1.1 - 1.10 to SWZ - with the number 1.
2) original or of comparable quality within the meaning of EU regulations, in particular accordingly
101 section 3 of the Treaty on the Functioning Some European Union to the category of vertical agreements and concerted practices in the motor vehicle sector - marked in the annexes
