Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts for SA 139 rail buses, the type, description and delivery conditions of which are specified in Annex No. 2.1 - 2.6 (Price form) and in Annex No. 4.1 and 4.2 (Contract template) to the SWZ. The subject of the order was divided into 6 Tasks as follows scope:
1) Task No. 1: Supportive devices - assortment and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ;
2) Task No. 2: Motor for the automatic door step - the range and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2.2 to the SWZ;
3) Task No. 3: Tanks - assortment and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2.3 to SWZ;
4) Task No. 4: Modules - assortment and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2.4 to the SWZ;
5) Task No. 5: Converter, protective resistor - assortment and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2.5 to the SWZ;
6) Task No. 6: Absorber - assortment and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2.6 to the SWZ;
2. The offered parts must:
- strictly comply with the requirements specified in Annexes 2.1-2.6 to the SWZ,
- be original, brand new, free from defects, meet the appropriate quality requirements and the requirements of European standards or Polish Standards transposing European standards, and not encumbered with the rights of third parties,
- fulfill requirements specified in the Contract Template.
