- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts to vehicles.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into the following 3 parts:
1) Part 1: Delivery of spare parts for Jelcz vehicles
2) Part No. 2: Delivery of spare parts for Ford Ranger vehicles
3) Part 3: Delivery of spare parts to VW T6, Crafter vehicles;
3. Calcitant quantitative specification is specified in:
1) Annex 1A to SWZ - regarding Part 1;
2) Annex 1B to SWZ - regarding part No. 2;
These attachments constitute at the same time A detailed description of the subject of the order and the offer price calculation forms.
4. Spare parts must be brand new, which means the parties to the contract with spare parts with the current year of production or the previous year of production - but not earlier than 12 months from the date delivery implementation.
5. Spare parts must be free of defects and cannot bear signs of use and damage.
6. For each package of delivered parts Replacements must be permanently placed, the manufacturer's information, the so -called Packaging label.
7. It must be on the label of each package given Material name, catalog symbol and manufacturer's name. All this information should be written in Polish.
8. Replacements are to correspond to the quality of the requirements of the products allowed for trading.
