Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of spare parts to the wall housings - Tagor for Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. Branch Department Remonto-Production, Greek Mat. 295-27-03.
2. The subject of the order was divided into tasks. The type and number of tasks is specified in detail in the offer form,which is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the legal requirements and technical and utility parameters are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The quantitative scope of the subject of the contract is the estimated scope determined by the Employer with due diligence. Employer,Despite the due diligence, due to the nature of the business, it does not ensure the implementation of the contract in full.
