Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a special vehicle with a mechanical ladder with a rescue height of min. 40 m. The car and the equipment installed on it must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from third-party rights, and of the highest quality. Detailed description of the item order, specifying the minimum requirements set by the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order, are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ: "Description of the subject of the contract", and the detailed implementation conditions are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ: "contract template". The grounds for exclusion from the proceedings are described in Chapter VIII of the SWZ. The declarations and documents that contractors are obliged to provide in order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion and confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings are described in Chapter IX of the SWZ. The conditions for participation in the proceedings are described in Chapter VII of the SWZ. The Contractor will meet the condition if it proves that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers, and if the period of running a business is shorter - during this period, it has duly delivered at least one special car with a mechanical ladder for an amount not less than than PLN 2,000,000.
