Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of an SLRMed emergency medical vehicle. Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The subject of the order offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Ordering party requires that the offered vehicle be brand new, complete, compliant with applicable standards and regulations and manufactured no earlier than in 2025.
The Ordering Party allows entrusting the execution of part of the order to Subcontractors. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer those parts of the order whose implementation will be entrusted to Subcontractors, along with the names of any Subcontractors, if they are already known.
The order will be fulfilled on the terms specified in draft contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not require any security for proper performance of the contract. The contracting authority may cancel the contract award procedure before the deadline for submitting offers if circumstances occur that make it impossible to continue the proceedings became unjustified.
