Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of special machines used in forestry for State Forest Units. The technical description for each part is included
in Appendix No. 2 and 2a to the ToR - part 1, in Appendix No. 2b and 2c to the ToR - part 2. The terms of the contract are included in Appendix No.6 to SWZ - draft contract.
The subject of the order has been described with the following CPV codes: (for each of the Parts)

16000000-5 Agricultural machines
The Employer has divided the subject of the contract into 2 lots:
PART 1 : Enoughof Forwarder machines - Type I (3 pieces) and Harvester - Type I (3 pieces);
PART 2: Delivery of Forwarders - Type II (3 pieces) and Harvester - Type II (3 pieces)
The Contractor may submit an offer for one or two lots. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts that may be submittedzielone temu samemu wykonawcy.
