Description:
1.1. The subject of the fall is the supply of specialist equipment covering 26 sets: a) immersion electricity pumps, b) a forty set, c) electronor set. 1.2. The subject of the fall was described in detail in Zakzeczka No. 3 OPZ TER.1.3. The implementation of the fall should be carried outwith the adequate taking into account the project co -financing agreement together with the guidelines in the scope of the implemented project and the applicable provisions of national law and the EU. 1.4. A detailed description of the subject of the skew (technical form) is included in the commemoration No. 3 to the specification of the Claim conditions- TER.
