the subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of chemical products, divided into parts: Part 1 - Specialist paints. Type, as well as the quality requirements of the ordered assortmentThey contain: for part 1 Price form - Annex 3A to SWZ and description of the subject of the contract - Annex 5A to SWZ; in the scope of Part 1, the subject of the contract should be delivered in the original, unit packaging of the manufacturer; the subject of the contract must have a shelf lifeFor use not less than 70 % of the full shelf life indicated by the manufacturer; if the documents regarding the order indicate the brand, manufacturer or proper name, this should be treated as an example product. The contractor may offer an equivalent product in relation toindicated by the Employer. Equivalent
must have technical parameters (equivalence criteria) no worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract. The use of equivalent materials may not violate the warranty conditions or
cause loss of warranty. OrderingAllows offering equivalent products, but the burden of proving
