Description:
1. The subject of the order includes 121 indivisible parts, specified in detail in Annex No. 2 to this ToR, for which the Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure, provided that the offer in each of them must bebe complete (include all items listed in a given part) and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the SWZ and its annexes.
2. Offers may be submitted for one, several or all parts of the order.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. and inin the form of electronic catalogues.
4. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Act on Public Procurement.
5.The Ordering Party does not provide for the contractor to be obliged to carry out an on-site visit.
6.A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the price form, which is attached as Annex n.r 2 to SWZ.
