Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of specialized laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics for the implementation of the Inynier 5.0 Project - education for the needs of the economy, co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development program 2021-2027, co-financing agreement number FERS.01.05-IP.08-0285/23-00. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting appendix no. 5 to SWZ.3. Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in PLN.4. The ordering party does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. 5. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. In such a case, the Ordering Party will indicate, in the offer, the contractor's part of the order, the performance of which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and providing the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.6.
