Part 1 - Cardiological and diagnostic equipment
The subject of the contract is delivery, Installation and, if required, configuration of specialized medical equipment used in diagnostics and cardiovascular monitoring and patients' vital parameters. The equipment is intended for use in medical facilities, including specialist clinics (cardiological, internist), diagnostic studios and transport ambulances
and rescue.
All offered medical devices must be medical devices within the meaning of the law, i.e.
• Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2017/745 of
April 5, 2017 on products medical (MDR) and repealing Directive 93/42/EEC and 90/385/EEC,
• the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974),
• and must be placed on trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each of the devices medical must:
• have CE marking confirming compliance with MDR regulations,
• be registered in the relevant registers (e.g. eudamed, if the registration obligation applies to a given product),
• have a declaration of manufacturer's compliance,
• have instructions for use in Polish.
