Description:
1.1. In order to confirm the compliance of the offered deliveries, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the following evidence together with the offer:
(applies to all product classes medical)
(applies to medical devices classified into classes: I sterile, I with a measuring function, II A, IIb, III and in accordance with the directive EU 98/79 products of classes A and B)
3) Data sheets and/or catalogs of the offered tools containing the catalog number of the tool, a drawing or photo of the tool, the name of the manufacturer
2. The Ordering Party requires that the evidence in question be prepared in electronic form and signed qualified by the Contractor.
3. If the evidence in question has been prepared in electronic form and has a qualified signature by its issuer (authorized entity), it should be submitted in this form.
4. In the event that the evidence in question has been issued in paper form, a digital representation of the document with a qualified signature of the contractor must be provided
5. In a situation where the Contractor does not submit the evidence in question with the offer or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the Ordering Party will request their submission. ...
