Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, specialized passenger and delivery vehicle for the transport of people, goods and museum objects, along with full equipment.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, along with the technical requirements regarding the delivery in question, can be found in the annex. No. 1 to SWZ.3. The period of the warranty provided by the Contractor is the criterion for evaluating the offers referred to in Chapter XIX of the SWZ. The ordering party sets minimum requirements for the warranty provided: a) mechanical warranty for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle - a minimum of 24 months, counting from the date of receipt of the subject of the order, b) warranty for the paint coating of the car body and the loading/container part for a minimum of 36 months, counting from the date of receipt of the subject of the order.4. The offered and delivered car must: a) be built using an approved base vehicle issued in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended); b) adapted to right-hand traffic; c) meets the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicle...
