3. The Ordering Party requires the offer of medical devices - within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022.974, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "UoWM"), placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the applicable regulations.
