Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a specialized vehicle with a basket lift, with technical parameters and equipment consistent with the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The order is implemented with a special subsidy from the state budget under the Protection Program Population and Civil Defense for 2025-2026.3. The item of delivery should, in particular, meet the following requirements: 1) meet all the features specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ and be compliant with applicable standards, 2) be brand new, unused, technically efficient, safe, complete and ready for work,3) has complete technical documentation.4. The subject of the order must be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party, ul. Lubelska 75A, 23-200 Kranik. 5. The subject of the order includes training of at least 3 people who are representatives of the Ordering Party in the field of operation, service and maintenance vehicle.6.
