Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a spin coater - a spin coater, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
3. The order includes:
1) delivery, installationstart-up and start-up of the equipment,
2) training of at least 2 people in the operation of the equipment. The Contractor is obliged to conduct the training no later than on the date referred to in Chapter IV
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No.speaking.
5. Place of delivery of the equipment: Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, Department of Criminal Trial Law and Criminalistics, Department of Criminalistics and Evidence Law, ul. Bażyńskiego 6, 80-309 Gdańsk, room 3068.
6. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 12 months. detailThe details regarding the guarantee are included
in § 7 of the Draft contract - Annex 4 to the SWZ.
