Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of sports equipment and equestrian equipment.
The procedure is conducted in an open tender mode in accordance with art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: Annexes: 1, 1.1 -12.1., No. 7.1-7.3 to SWZ, i.e. offer form togetherwith the assortment and price specification and the proposed provisions of the contract.
The contracting authority awards the contract in parts, each of which is the subject of separate proceedings.
The Ordering Party allows you to submit partial offers, each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according torules described in SWZ. The order was divided into parts, as described in Annexes 1.1. - 1.12. to SWZ. Each of the contractors can submit an offer for any selected part/parts. It is required to submit an offer for all required assortment items in the range of a given partOrders.
In the contract award procedure, communication between the Employer and Contractors, in particular submitting offers, exchange of information and transfer of documents or statements, is carried out using electronic means of communication provided by the system.
