Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, launch and integration of a brand new stage technology system in the field of the stage lighting and multimedia system as well as the electroacoustic system for the needs of the Teatr im. St. I. Witkiewicz in Zakopane. Subject of the contractIt was divided into 2 parts
1.1 Part 1:
Delivery, installation, launch and integration of a brand new stage technology system in the field of stage lighting and multimedia system.
The subject of the contract includes training the personnel of the Ordering Party in the field of serviceinstalled equipment.
1.2 Part No. 2:
Delivery, installation, launch and integration of a brand new electroacoustic (sound) system. The subject of the contract includes training the personnel of the Ordering Party in the service of the installed equipment.
Detailed description of the subjectOrders for each part are found respectively:
part 1 - Annex 1a to SWZ;
Part 2 - Annex No. 1b to SWZ.
2. The contractor is obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery of in question such as transport of equipment to the Ordering Party and time insurancetransport, equipment unloading, bringing, assembly and all other additional services necessary for the proper performance of the contract, including Warranty service and provision of warranty services.
3. The perceived subject of the contract must have the necessary user manuals and cardswarranty ....
